I been working on all these scripts. I think I got this figured out now and learned a lot as just how powerful this one script can be to run my sites. The Internet can be such a great source of info.

I need to take new pictures this week..I keep putting it off until I get my hair done. I was trying to let my hair grow out before going to the hair salon. I am not fond on finding a new girl to do my hair. I had the same person doing my hair in Las Vegas for years, so I’m a bit nervous. I’m thinking of going back to blonde for the summer…(nervous look)… I might put up a poll and you can vote on if I should go blonde or stay dark lmao!

Constructive Criticism

I been reading some boards I’m on adult webmaster boards and a few pso boards. I can’t believe how many people think they know what “constructive criticism” is..We all have been guilty of giving “destructive criticism” I can say I have in the past and I’m sure if you think about it you also have.

But as time goes by and I see the SAME people posting on these boards. I realize that the old saying goes “some people never change”.. It amazes me that people never grow they seem to stay in the same place in their lives day in and day out. What a sad way to live! Sure it’s just the Internet but I sometimes think you can get a real feeling of how people are in their real lives.

The key word is “constructive”. If someone is giving criticism because they really want to help the person to whom they are speaking, I think that can be very helpful. On the other hand, if the criticism is being given just to chastise someone it can actually be destructive. Also, I think it is important that the person doing the criticizing not be a hypocrite.Don’t throw stones if you are living in a glass house! So the next time you want to give “constructive criticism” you should THINK before you speak or type as the case may be.
