As many of you know, I have spent this summer working on My house. I found out a little background about My house. For one thing, its 107 years old! Amazing is it not? I bet the houses built today would not stand over 100 years. My house is a cottage really. I love it. Not too big and not too small; just the right size lol.

I have a huge living room with vaulted ceilings. I painted the walls this summer and there were a few “lumps” in the wall. I had wondered what would cause such a thing. Well it seems that back in the old days they would insulate a house with cheese cloth. Weird huh? 8O Then I had brand new carpet put in that room. The mistake I have made ugh is that I should have had the walls ripped out and redone. Too late now though the walls are painted, the new carpet is laid, and the tile has been grouted lol. Oops :shrugs: Maybe next year I’ll have the walls redone. For now I’ll just hide the few spots with pictures.

I had a new shower put in one of the bathrooms along with a new sink. Two more sinks are going into the house in a few weeks. This winter I’m having the entire kitchen ripped out and redone. It’s not that the kitchen is in bad repair I just want a new look in there so I figure why not? :cloud9:

I do love how he made a nice big tribute on the night of his honeymoon. That there is just classic.

I did some new photos last night. One thing though I’m waiting on the furniture I ordered to get here that you pigs paid for. :laughol:
